- To capitalize on this opportunity, I established a B2B partnership from scratch, creating White Label Products specially for Small Brands & Retails. - The operation included setting up the entire internal production ecosystem to manufacture the toys, which involved supply chain development (prospecting trips to Yiwu and Shanghai to source materials for new products), acquiring machinery, assets, and managing operations.
- The first product launched won the NPD Brazilian Market Award in 2020 for the exploratory and best-selling category.
- This achievement resulted in a profit growth from $0 to $2M within a year, significantly increasing the company's monthly revenue.
