Maria Lucina "Nina" Anonas is a dedicated Consultant and Senior Lecturer at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, where she thrives on cultivating student potential and fostering innovative learning. With over 15 years of experience in educational consulting, Nina specializes in curriculum development and instructional design. Her passion for integrating technology in education has led to numerous successful projects that enhance student engagement. Outside academia, Nina enjoys exploring culinary arts and volunteering for local community development programs. She is an examiner for the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet, assessing affiliated ballet schools in Asia and Australia. She is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Philippine Dance Cup, Inc., the only nationwide dance competition, which aims to discover new talent and provide significant scholarships to deserving Filipino dancers. Her book, “Let’s Learn Ballet!,” a pedagogical approach to ballet education, was presented at the Asian Conference on Education and International Development in March 2021 and was published by the De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde as a PDF book in 2022.
