My work spans campaign strategy, messaging, and creative direction, ensuring consistency across channels while aligning to broader brand and business goals. I also lead the planning and execution of high value customer experiences nationwide, delivering premium, high-touch engagement for top-tier customers. In addition, I’ve contributed to LendingClub’s Auto Insurance business, developing the analytics framework and leading end-to-end execution of direct mail campaigns—from targeting and data strategy through creative, production, and deployment.
