• Responsible for managing an ERP implementation project. Performed study of different ERP SaaS solutions, gathering of data from users, actively created implementation strategy and provided training.
• Successfully implemented Google for business suite of solution, including Google File stream, Google mail, and domain migration for a team of 30+ users.
• Planned and implemented installation of Microsoft Office 365 at all levels. (E1, E3, E5)

• Responsible for gathering of requirements from specific stakeholders for a manufacturing line IT development (industrial packaging). This involved gathering requirements from over 200 shareholders.

• Actively negotiated with equipment vendors (CDW, DELL, IBM. etc.) to provide optimal price, delivery options, and configuration for the project objectives.
