Dec. 2015 - Jun. 2023Milano, Italia-Develop new business opportunities in several countries across CIS and EU region. -Responsible for budgets, forecasts, business development, KPI analysis and credit management in the assigned area. - Opening of new accounts and strengthen relations with existing accounts throughout the regions - Deliver strong sales growth to meet and exceed the sales targets focusing on business development and maximize on growth opportunities. - Manage commercial plans for the accounts and negotiations - Follow up on customer enquiries and provide support and solutions with the assistance of the customer services team - Analyze product performance in the markets for optimization of sales - Conduct regular market visits, identifying opportunities and looking at competitors - Being responsible for tracking and presenting sales on a regular basis, highlighting key trends and challenges to review with the management - Supervise the management of sales campaigns and partners to ensure targets are met - In charge of development of new and expanding existing business across international markets. - - - Coordination of sales activities (budgets, strategical forecasts, selling campaign and showroom sales). -Direct negotiation with key accounts to optimize sell out in the stores and create new business opportunities (trainings, sales pushing).
