From my early days as a backend developer to leading as a CEO, my journey in the tech world has been a continuous evolution of learning, growth, and leadership. With over 12 years of experience building applications and online platforms, I’ve worked across various roles—Software Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner, COO, and now CEO. My core belief? Outstanding leadership is the cornerstone of any successful venture. I’m passionate about creating motivated, empowered, and high-performing teams because I know firsthand that a solid, well-supported team is essential for creating exceptional products and services. My leadership philosophy is centered on fostering a healthy and dynamic work environment where innovation thrives, and people feel valued. I’m also a big believer in bringing order to chaos. There’s nothing more satisfying than turning rough ideas into structured plans and watching them come to life through hard work and adaptability. This passion extends beyond my day-to-day work; I also run the “NextGenLeadership” project, where I provide guidance and support to emerging leaders, helping them discover their unique leadership styles and develop the skills needed to inspire their teams. Beyond leadership, I explore a holistic approach to building business. I’m distributing my time between learning and applying growth and marketing strategies, networking, and how these elements interact to drive a company forward.
