Led the team that designed/programmed the whole platform, from UX to the internal centralized hub where more than 30 (pay per service) professional Designers co-habited competing for the services entering during the 24h of each day. Designers' training programs, SLAs, KPIs, automated processes, etc., were implemented throughout the whole business, in order to be able to run it without having the necessity of long time-consuming operational tasks, but instead to have the managing team focus on tasks that matter most to increase business and brand awareness. In the end, it was a great experience that gave me a bunch of different expertise for my professional and personal life. People take photos to save memories, but with so many gadgets we started to be a happy generation that takes photos all the time without doing anything relevant with them or even looking at them. We shoot from our smartphones, tablets, cameras...we go ‘click, click, click’ for birthdays, parties, trips, kids games, and uneventful events too!
