SimplicodeCMO and Product Manager
Jan. 2021 - Oct. 2021BrazilAfter joining Colmeia Tecnologia and initial implementation of Simplicode in the first 6 months, I had progress with a product squad, which aims to solve the main problems that arise in the companies (some examples that happened: churn, community, acquisition). However, with the need to further improve the acquisition, I assumed the position of leading the company's marketing, implementing growth processes. In addition to experiments on facebook ads and google ads, we focused on structuring an organic acquisition channel, mainly on YouTube (50,000 monthly views) and Tiktok (27,000 followers). Together, we created one of the biggest free events in Brazilian programming for children, the Roblox Week. And a discord community, where students interact with teachers, with +1,000 members.
