Results in the first 6 months: - We created an accessory product that today, alone, brings in net revenue, the same as 1 month in tickets sold for the company. - We added 15% to the company's revenue in the first 6 months, through improvements to our conversion funnel, which we monitored daily. 35% improvement in the one business unit, 51% in the other and 57% in the another one. - Our implementations in notifications, segmentations and actions in the user journey currently contribute 11.4% of the company's revenue. - We created the first bus travel subscription product. You pay once a month, and you can travel up to the number of times you contracted. Today we have already reached the first hundreds of customers.

In the first 45 days, we were able to deliver some quick wins in revenue and product processes. This happened mainly through the implementation of a scientific bias in decision-making. Results in the first 45 days: - At Gipsyy Brazil, we managed to increase revenue by 6% in the app, by implementing push notifications at certain moments during the journey. - We increased the conversion of our Gipsyy Brazil app by 24.9% and the website by 12.6%. On Guanabara Digital increased 16.25% on app, and the website by 25.8% - But the most important, we create a culture of continuous experimentation, with weekly experiments

However, with the need to further improve the acquisition, I assumed the position of leading the company's marketing, implementing growth processes. In addition to experiments on facebook ads and google ads, we focused on structuring an organic acquisition channel, mainly on YouTube (50,000 monthly views) and Tiktok (27,000 followers). Together, we created one of the biggest free events in Brazilian programming for children, the Roblox Week. And a discord community, where students interact with teachers, with +1,000 members.

To date, more than 1,000 students have gone through Simplicode. With a large presence on YouTube, 50,000 children watch the content available every month. Within the company, I was responsible for creating a product area, analyzing all points of contact between Simplicode and the final consumer. We implemented a Continuous Discovery process, in which every week 2 team members conduct interviews with users, obtaining information that helps in the development of the product. Together with the team, I managed the execution and evaluation of weekly experiments, to test different traction channels, using the product as the basis for the experiments. In Product Marketing, cocriated communication between the company and the end consumer, through paid advertisements, direct sales, emails and the entire onboarding process.

In June 2020, after an opportunity witnessed during a pandemic, Simplicode emerged, a Simplifica initiative, which was included by the Colmeia Tecnologia group (M&A). Along the journey, i was mainly part of the product team, but also with experience in the sales and relationship part of Simplifica Educação. In 2020, an initiative called Simplicode emerged, a spinoff within Simplifica, which aims to bring programming skills to several children across Brazil. Among the activities developed, there is also the construction of a private lessons application (features such as booking / unbooking classes, availability, among others). In parallel, an administrative dashboard was created to perform real-time application updates.
