Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365. Provide escalated support by investigating and resolving corporate desktop hardware and software related issues. Provide clear and consistent communication, work cohesively and cooperatively with other teams and executives. Follow all incident and problem management procedures and thoroughly document all issues within corporate service desk application. Provision workstations, laptops and other peripherals. Complete post resolution reporting for high severity incidents.
