Responsible for elaborating marketing activities dedicated to the B to B segments (including key accounts) : - launches/dedicated products, - media planning/negotiations, - incentive programs for customers Creation of re-seller network Management of re-seller network (3 partners, 8 sales reps.): negotiations, animation, trainings, incentive programs Achievements: - 300 customers + key accounts (Unilever, Ariston, Candy, Siemens, Samsung, Lidl, Mlekpol) - average increase 15% in B to B (Y2Y 2005-2014) - largest projects involved sales of 550.000 pieces across 3 Central European markets for Unilever consumer promotions (market value of V&B products 18 M €) - V&B #1 premium tableware brand in B to B segment in Poland - Launch of Villeroy&Boch sub-brand in 2013-2014 - Penetration of new segment, Lidl project in 2014-2016 (55.000 pieces).
