I’m at my best when I am designing and facilitating social learning experiences that empower people to connect and build communities of inclusion, equity, and belonging. I love developing and scaling learning programs within organizations in the midst of constant change and evolution. I believe we can generate empathy at scale through the thoughtful use of music, technology, and media. I’ve done this many times over using simple yet innovative tech products, vinyl records and turntables, data-oriented storytelling, and artificial intelligence (AI) tools in learning communities.

Jul. 2024Global · HybridFor the past 7-8 months I have been managing a Sales New Hire program, covering for someone who was on maternity leave. Now, she's back. In addition to keeping things running smoothly, I identified three core areas of the program that could use improvement: - data collection and reporting - communication - facilitation I pitched that I should stay on and continue to operationalize these areas—with a focus on social learning. They agreed. They didn't have budget for full time, so I'm getting everything accomplished in a part time role. I'm: 1. Building out a data collection, reporting, and storytelling strategy - pulling weekly reports - analyzing trends and themes - crafting data narratives - sharing relevant insights and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders (learners, managers, leadership, SMEs, etc.) - leading "so what?" discussions on what the data is showing us 2. Operationalizing a consistent and clear communication strategy across multiple mediums - creating communications templates - establishing a comms calendar to learners, managers, and leadership - personalizing communications - building a sense of community and connection and belonging 3. Improving the approach to how we facilitate live SME-led sessions - coaching/training instructors on best practices for social learning facilitation - transitioning from "sage on the stage" approach to a more interactive approach - connecting relevant data to live session discussions
