Served as a member of the Executive Leadership Team; key contributor with expanding the organization from 3 to 15 sites. Key accomplishments included:
• Designed and administered training courses for new and existing team members covering various topics; customized training curriculum to meet the clients’ and site-based managers’ compliance requirements; created and maintained New Jersey state required licensure training program
