Tailored specifically for the local market, the solution is targeted at in-house recruitment teams to ease their hiring process workload. Using built in tools such as ChatGPT and specialized AI functionality to enhance the clients experience and ease of functionality. My responsibilities were as follows: • Building and nurture long-term relationships with key existing clients. • Advising clients on best practice strategies within their organisation to meet their end goal. • Identify opportunity to upsell client to a better solution / product • Creating sales plans to generate revenue. • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them • Addressing customer concerns and complaints and escalate issues as appropriate • Create plans to address clients’ business needs • Advise clients on creating profitable processes using our products and services. • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Product managers, Developers, Finance etc) to address customers’ needs • Handle renewal of service agreements / Contracts
