• Design, lead, and execute innovative monetizable content and marketing social strategies for growth and monetization
• Analyze CRM data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to increase audience reach and monetization • Establish KPIs and revenue objectives with the Content, Marketing, Sales, and Streaming teams
• Content roadmap: develop, plan, and execute the content strategy for day-to-day digital platforms and events (Billboard, Miss Universe, etc)
• Collaborate with sales to identify new market categories and develop on-demand branded and content/social solutions • Propose customized presentations for prospective and existing business partners
• Track key performance metrics and analytics to align with audiences' passion points • Cultivate and nurture the spirit of creativity and innovation across the organization
• Ensure campaigns adhere to the brand voice
• Establishing, renewing, and growing strong working relationships with current and prospective partners • Implement SEO strategies (on page, off page and technical) to ensure customer discovery
• Ensuring that the team adheres to budget throughout the fiscal year. EVENT PRODUCTION:
• Lead producer for special events. Pre-production planning, budgeting, and third party onboarding for live events (Latin Billboard, Miss Universe)
• Manage the procurement process, including evaluation, briefing, and liaison with agencies and invoice payments
• Policy and Procedure Contributions: Collaborate with the legal and operations team to ensure company policies are enforced
• Oversee and manage rehearsal scheduling for special events
• Produce live event coverage for social media and digital platforms
• Produce behind the scenes content for digital and social platforms
