This project led to partner based financial services solutions on a Nordic level and divestment of agreement portfolio of Dustin Financial Services AB. Negotiation, due diligence, restructuring and implementation of new delivery model. Performing this task and to be able to meet objectives demanded commuting to Stockholm, Sweden on a weekly basis. From the Annual report page 36: Divestment of leasing operations The leasing operations were divested during the first quarter of the financial year, yielding total sales proceeds of SEK 308 million. In connection with the divestment, a repayment of SEK 174 million was made on external loans. The net increase in cash and cash equivalents was SEK 75 million. The capital gain on the divestment amounted to SEK 1 million before tax.

Worked mostly out of Norway but with a European responsibility in some of the teams.
