Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, or evaluation. Develop or implement marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns or sales promotions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective measures as needed. Manage and optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize costs. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive business growth. Management, continuous improvement and development of new multi-departmental processes, including training programs, SOP’s and methodologies for overall improvement in the profitability, scalability and quality of departments. Take initiative and ownership on the department’s responsibilities, issues and challenges; Bring efficiency and effectiveness in problem solving with a high level of thinking and strategic decision-making; Improve operations infrastructure, sales, field management, marketing, financial, procurement and compliance. Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures, collaborating with department heads to set and achieve operational goals and targets.
