I've worked in IT for 26 years. I hold several Microsoft certifications and have deployed, engineered and troubleshot Office 365 for countless Enterprise level companies with users in the thousands. I migrate email systems on a daily basis. I've architected and deployed and migrated Office 365 ever since it came out. These include tenant-to-tenant migrations (Teams, SPO, EXO,OneDrive), GSuite Migrations, Unix mail server migrations, etc. I've used a variety of toolsets such as BitTitan, SkyKick, Quest (certified in ODM), ADMT, and ShareGate. I'm certified in Exchange and have deployed, engineered and troubleshot it for countless Enterprise level companies with users in the thousands. I've architected, deployed, and troubleshot Intune (MAM, MDM, Apps) and conditional access policies. I've architected, deployed and troubleshot Microsoft Defender (Office 365 and Endpoints). I've configured and deployed Microsoft security solutions (AIP/UL, DLP, etc.). I've deployed many Windows roles (RDS, Hyper-V,NPS, AD Certificate Authority, AD Domain Services, ADFS, etc.) I've architected and deployed and configured Active Directory in multiple forests and domains, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy for all of my career. I've configured and troubleshot AAD Connect synchronization with Office 365 and troubleshot it. I've deployed Windows Hello for Business. I'm self-motivated and have mentored and led teams. My customer communication skills are unparalleled. I have the ability to make complex technical matters easily comprehensible.
