I began to enter the world of work in 1990 and found work in a small company for engine grinding and mechanical work for third parties. I remained in this company until March 2001. Since 2011 I have visited various countries for work such as: Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Serbia, Austria, Romania, Moldova, Switzerland, Poland, Ukraine, Togo, Benin, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Tanzania, Tunisia, Somali. In 2021 I completed a Startup project for the installation of a shoe factory in Ethiopia. My role was that of Plant General Manager and in addition to installing the systems, I searched for personnel and trained the management in the various departments and then started production; 490 employees for a plant of 1400. Since 2015 I have had my own consultancy company in Ukraine to consolidate the working relationship with companies that hire me for temporary assignments or to develop startup projects. Experiences I have a technical background with at least 10 years' experience gained in Quality Systems and Operations management roles in modernly organized and internationalized companies in the mechanical sector. Operations: • analyze company flows and plan their adaptation to company and external constraints • map, redefine when necessary, manage and control company processes, the organization of production, logistics, industrial costs in accordance with the operating systems, • coordinate projects regarding the industrialization of products and processes, the construction and development of new plants and new lines, • carry out maintenance on systems or machinery of any type in the absence of a technical manager or external service. • I have managed plants from 10 to 800 employees and from 3 to 15 managers.
