With more 10 years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Corporate Development, M&A and Investment Banking, I am passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation. In my last role, as an Associate at Greenfield Global Opportunities, an investment funds manager focused on the medical cannabis market, I was responsible for monitoring and evaluating the portfolio, preparing divestment materials, managing investor relations, and supporting audit and fund administration. Previously, I worked as a Senior Analyst at Bank of America, where I was part of the execution team of 6 transactions in the Technology, Education, Financial, Retail and Metals & Mining sectors, totaling US$2 billion in market value. In addition to that, I was also part of the team of 3 buyside M&A transactions at Cogna Educação and Gulf Capital Partners, totaling US$3 billion in market value – what brings my current career results in financial terms to 9 transactions and US$5 billion in market value. I left Greenfield in January 2023 to develop a solid and challenging career supporting entrepreneurs in achieving their dreams. My goal is to use my analytical, strategic and relationship skills to contribute to the growth and success of disruptive and high-impact companies. I am currently studying an MBA in Private Equity, Venture Capital and Angel Investments at FGV, where I intend to expand my knowledge and my network of contacts in this segment. I do also have other two MBAs, in Business from FGV and in Finance from IBMEC, and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UFV. Furthermore, I started my career as an entrepreneur, having built a Network Marketing business that exceeded R$1 million in annual revenues.
