Serve as the main point of contact between Dexterity and customer project engineers to orchestrate all necessary resources for the planning, installation, qualification, and handoff of robotic systems to the customer. Establish milestones and create project flow diagrams for the scope of the project. Lead meetings with all internal and external stakeholders at a regular cadence to evaluate progress and to identify and address blockers. Oversee engineers performing site survey’s to map out installation location, utilities available, concrete depth. Complete site modification instructions for customer and establish timeline for completion of necessary modifications. Lead a team of engineers and technicians on site at customer locations to perform installation and qualification processes for both hardware and software. Oversee site acceptance testing with customer after installation to demonstrate performance of equipment meets agreed upon standards. Write and approve of all associated documentation, including installation and operation SOP’s, PM and troubleshooting documents, training material and operator manuals, etc. Manage schedules and coordinate travel for on-site work with technicians and engineers. Manage training and development of dexterity engineers and technicians on the deployment team. Manage all customer change requests during the deployment process, including cost estimating and budgeting.
