The Czech Rowing Association continues to make significant strides in promoting and developing the sport of rowing in the Czech Republic. There has been a consistent increase in participation at all levels, demonstrating the effectiveness of our outreach and development programs. Our teams have performed commendably in regional and international competitions, reflecting the high standard of training and technical guidance provided. However, there is a need to further enhance our training facilities and invest in advanced equipment to keep up with global standards. We also need to focus on identifying and nurturing young talent to ensure a steady pipeline of elite rowers for the future.
