• Establish full-integration plans for projects, including dates for deliverables, by leading meetings and daily huddles with the marketing team.
• Establish project requirements, procedures, and activities to deliver high-caliber creative products to all clients while negotiating marketing contracts.
• Assist with various aspects of client development, including gathering input from attorneys and other information sources, drafting qualifications and client value propositions, as well as coaching attorneys on pitch meeting strategies.
• Gather intelligence on emerging market and stay informed of industry, legal, and business publications and events relevant to the lawyers in an effort to, among other things, identify and pursue suitable business development opportunities.
• Create and implement integrated campaigns to help raise internal and external profile and awareness among key target audience and generate opportunities to meet potential clients.
• Create and update web and print marketing materials, including brochures and case descriptions, as needed.
• Evaluate marketing opportunities, negotiate agreements, and manage participation in in order to ensure that the firm maximizes return on its investment.
• Identify and develop a strategy for the firm’s participation in local business and civic associations to raise profile and deepen local executive relationships.
