Led the research over two years examining the evidence of how production systems impact workers. • Verite FFACT project on Trafficking: Led the midline and end-line evaluation of a project focused on improving knowledge and use of data collection methods for debt bondage.

I worked with the Government of Liberia to develop and support the implementation of reporting, monitoring and tracking protocols and procedures for cases of trafficking in persons. · IDLO, Liberia (July 2020-Present) Consultant, Trafficking in Persons: - Development of Bench Book for Court Officers. I worked with the Judicial Institute of Liberia to develop a Bench Book covering Trafficking in Persons (TIP). Developed a Bench Book with six chapters covering a wide range of topics; Performed a detailed 3-hour presentation of the Bench Book to the Judiciary and key stakeholders. Bench Book highlighted by U.S. Department of State as an example of best practice. · UNDP, Freetown, Sierra Leone (Dec 2016- April 2017) Consultant. I worked with the Judicial and Legal Training Institute and Supreme Court of Sierra Leone to perform/ produce: A rapid needs assessment of judicial training needs. Using both qualitative and quantitative tools (surveys, KIIs, and focus groups) conducted 63 interviews, surveying over 50% of the nation's judiciary, and a significant proportion of civil society. Used that data to determine the skills, and resource gaps to be addressed in the short, medium, and long-term; Developed in-service and induction judicial curriculum; Developed a curriculum for prosecutors, judiciary, and magistrates; Performed Training of Trainers (ToT) for the judiciary, prosecutors, and 24 civil society members. All training has since been successfully rolled out nationwide. Publicly thanked by both the Chief Justice, Judicial and Legal Training Institute, and Senior Judiciary.

Creating curricula in partnership with Supreme Court Judges on victim sensitivity, protections of children in court, and human trafficking; • Performed training for specialist units of the Philippine National Police (PNP), creating presentation slides and handout materials. Created handbook for Police detailing procedure for initial arrest, including guidance on suspected cases of human trafficking. Information included guidance on, Miranda rights, human rights, and a checklist for evidence collection; • Worked with government officials, being described as “friendly and sincere.”
