o Manages maintenance of all facility space, equipment, utilities, furnishings, and coordinates activities with office building management. • Analyze, develop, implement, and oversee review of policies and procedures, company related initiatives, and short/long-term business plans.
o Supervision of the HR related activities. Relevant duties include, but may not restricted to recruiting, hiring, counseling, evaluating, and terminating staff in accordance with company/government policies and procedures. • Manage staff of 24/7 security guards and surveillance personnel with the duties to oversee the physical safety and security of company’s facilities, property, personnel, and visitors.
o Oversee Business Continuity planning, management and execution as required.
o Manage security related training for all short/long-term personnel.
