AOET-USA lifts up these families holistically through education, health care, social, psychological, and spiritual support. My role as Sponsorship Director is to recruit, engage and manage over 1000 donor accounts- serving as a liaison between sponsors and the families they support in Uganda.

Ink's success I attribute to our ability to go further than other companies in the field of business consulting. We prided ourselves on diving deep into a businesses real marketing needs, rather than simply offering them a product. Promotions were then designed to fit their specific needs, whether that be launching a new product, rolling out a new employee welllness program, or increasing sales of existing programs/products. I utilized my Communications background as well as my background as a business owner to help businesses design promotions plans and marketing strategies through imprinted products.
