Acting as HR Business Partner & HR Lead in several HR areas such as Payroll, Finance, Compensation, Incentives, and Talent Acquisition among many others, with end-to-end Employee relationship management with a focus on consistent treatment of employees across our global business units. Topics can range from progressive performance management, PIPs, absence management, unemployment, and grievances as well as a variety of other issues. Conducted investigations with varying levels of complexity, conducting interviews, compiling documentation, reviewing systems, and writing reports. Leading policy updates and collaborating with managers & CEO on internal practice & procedure ensuring individual ER issues are resolved as optimally as possible. Was able to demonstrate my experience leading, decision-making, documenting, and delivering proven, defensible reports and handling conflict resolution; including third-party disputes, policy development, negotiation planning, contracts and legal documents, and implementation with a high level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
