Mar. 2021First Call PPE was formed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the need for trusted PPE and testing facilities. As COO, I ensure the day-to-day operations go smoothly. I've overseen the brokering of PPE, including invoicing and AR/AP. Compliance and proper licensure, including insurance credentialing were handled by me. I created marketing materials and maintained client relations. Managing multiple testing locations, I made sure patients received their results on time and resolved any issues between patients, the test site, or our lab partners. I created, operated, and oversaw our customer call center. I was direct POC between site staff and executive team. I've formed and managed remote billing teams and coordinated the insurance claims and collection process. Weekly reconciliation reports & profit/loss statements were my responsibility, calling on me to be proficient in data management and comprehensive presentation. This utilized skills in PP, Excel, and Word and equivalant Google programs, as well as medical billing EMR software and custom-built admin platforms. I continue to monitor, track, and report on all active account activity. Most recently, I've overseen the construction of our newest medical facility. I will oversee office admin needs and compliance when operational.
