Coordination of internal resources and third parties/suppliers for the smooth execution
of project
Ensuring the availability and allocation of resources
Reporting and scaling up issues to management, if necessary
Customer relationship management and all stakeholders
Risk management in order to minimize the risks of the project
Develop a growth strategy that focuses on financial benefit and customer satisfaction
Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Development of new staff in valuable sales positions
Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our
marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns

ERP/CRM Research and Consulting Responsibilities:
Researching for the real needs and requirements of our group for the purchase and use
of an advanced ERP & CRM which will cover all aspects of the international group
activities
Ensuring the security, scalability, and availability requirements of the proposed ERP/CRM
Ensuring the proposed ERP/CRM match our realistic and strategic needs for growth
