I've spent the better part of a decade embedded inside fast-growing businesses as the person founders trust most when they can't be everywhere. Most recently, I built entire operations and HR departments from scratch for a scaling business in Dubai, handling everything from vendor contracts and visa processing to people management and executive decision support. I've helped businesses set up from scratch in Australia and the DMCC in Dubai, managed complex liquidations, and fixed broken processes across multiple departments. I work across Australia and the UAE, and I know how to navigate both markets. I started my consultancy because I kept seeing the same problem: founders drowning in the operational side of their business when they should be out front building and selling. I become the right hand they can trust completely, so they don't have to think twice about what's happening behind the scenes.
