Direct booking (email, phone and walk-in) between 26% and 37%, OTA booking between 62% and 73%.
We expected to leave with a higher percentage of OTA, because initially with the change of contacts we feared that people would no longer be able to find Hotel Loveno. As of 14.04 5 out of 5 in Google with 20 ratings 4.5 out of 5 in Trip advisors with 18 evaluations of our new management, 63 of the previous one

sustainability is a huge topic for me, crucial. I had to take it slow but steady. I learnt how to communicate about the subject with people not used to it as me. This one was an excellent exercise I had to practice. I will be more than happy to share the results as soon as possible. Administration duties
the bureaucracy and the related responsibilities are so annoying in Italy that, unfortunately, they are significant! Physical and online renovation I gave my contribution to colours, design and message to express both on-site and online the same message: a fresh hotel, with a long and beautiful history still to be told. I mainly focused on a new website, new photos, social media presence and online presence in general (Google, TripAdvisor and more).
