Initiate dialogue and planning with Board and Sub-Committee Chairs and facilitate the organisation of meetings, workshops and teleconferences. 3. Preparation and collation of meeting agendas, report papers, presentations, minutes and distribution of documents as required. 4. Support Chairs as required during meetings and ensure meetings are facilitated in compliance with the appropriate Terms of Reference. 5. Maintain efficient administrative systems for the Board and Sub-Committees, including flexible and accessible record-keeping, filing and archive systems. 6. Lead the ongoing development of the UNSW College Policy Framework to maintain a standard policy development process, including providing advice to staff on the Policy Framework and its application to business units. 7. Oversee and manage the policy review cycle for UNSW College, including providing strategic advice and feedback to stakeholders on documents and change plans, ensuring alignment with the Policy Framework Policy and ensuring documents in the Policy Framework are current
