Dec. 2017 - Mar. 2019King's LynnThroughout this role I was HR admin/HR advisor which was inclusive of general HR duties alongside Medical Staffing recruitment. I work independently throughout the recruitment process, liaising with Consultants and other senior members of the management teams, from creating job descriptions to advertising posts, to welcoming new starters. In addition, I also provide HR/ER advice to current members of staff and deal with queries/problem solving on a daily basis. Furthermore, working in correlation with UKVI and abiding by Government policies regarding right to work. Key responsibilities • General administration duties.
• Help in hiring, training and development of new starters.
• To ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and in correlation with company procedures.
• Acting as first point of contact via telephone, email and in person.
• Support HRBP on interpretation and application of Trusts HR policies and procedures.
• Using the ESR system to input details, update employee records, and run reports. Achievements • Successfully hired 40-50 doctors internationally within a 7 month period, resulting in a CIP saving of £2.5million.
