- Structuring and developing infrastructure projects in collaboration with public and private entities.

- Formulating recommendations based on analyses to improve projects and initiatives. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Led the 25-year concession project of four municipal public markets to the private sector, with a CAPEX of USD 15 million and an annual OPEX of USD 500,000, relieving the public budget of maintenance expenses while boosting local economic activities.
- Led the 15-year concession project of three public soccer fields to the private sector, with a CAPEX of USD 1 million and an annual OPEX of USD 150,000, with plans to make the infrastructure available to students from public schools and local communities.
- Led the 15-year concession project of 18 public restrooms to the private sector, with the counterpart being the operation of 80 advertising panels, a CAPEX of USD 2 million, and an annual OPEX of USD 1.5 million. In this innovative model, advertising revenues covered the investment and operational costs, allowing the population free access to the restrooms.
- Led the 15-year concession project for public areas under viaducts. In addition to securing investments of over USD 1 million, the project promotes the revitalization of degraded urban areas, activating new uses that stimulate economic activity.
- Provided support in the management of the award-winning Education PPP contract, which includes the construction and operation of 51 public schools, with a CAPEX of USD 80 million and an annual OPEX of USD 15 million, serving 25,000 low-income children.
