These two channels made up 1/3 of the companies overall annual revenue, and it was imperative that close measurements were kept on monthly revenue, as well as keeping our sales structure and processes as efficient as possible. I was responsible for holding regular sales trainings with our team, negotiating proposals and contracts with our Healthcare partners, and keeping our partner relationships strong.
