Quanice Floyd is the Executive Director at the National Guild for Community Arts Education, where she utilizes her passion and experience to advocate for arts education. Prior to her current role, Quanice held several leadership positions in the arts and education sector which established her as a leading voice in this field. She is also the founder of the Arts Administrators of Color Network, an organization dedicated to empowering artists and arts leaders of color. Quanice's work is driven by her belief in the transformative power of arts education and her commitment to creating inclusive and equitable arts communities. She holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and a Master of Arts in Arts Management from George Mason University. Her dedication and expertise continue to propel the National Guild for Community Arts Education forward.
