Aug. 2021Jackson, Mississippi, United States• Launching HR Business Partner for a launching fulfillment center implementing best practice systems and processes • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company • Create a vision and goals for a HR team to inspire and motivate the team to achieve excellence in terms of customer support and core HR processes • Manage a night team of 3 HR Assistants driving standard work completion ensuring consistency of application of policies and procedures, and alignment of HR related programs • Manage a night team of 3 HR Partners assisting in mid-level management partnership • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on people metrics (attendance, attrition, performance, engagement) to guide decision-making and proactive strategical solutions to client groups partnering with the senior leadership • Conducting weekly time sensitive investigations regarding ethics complaints, management escalations, and harassments involving salary leaders • Training external HR teams in company processes and systems • Collaborate with Sr. Management and HR leadership to develop regional and network solutions to attrition • Partner with senior and mid-level management to strategically implements associate development and performance tracking • Deliver results in a rapid and complex changing work environment • Excellent written & verbal communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and willingness to be vocally self-critical • Provide valuable input and expertise to client groups in terms of employment legislation, policies, and practices
