- Lead the UX Research of a mobile app redesign of SeatGeek’s app integration to increase mobile app integration within the app.
-Conducted User interviews, Surveys, Card Sorting, and Comparative and Competitive analysis to define problems and solutions for the common Seat Geek user.
- Integrated user research findings to tailor the UI, feature mobile app integration offerings, and information architecture to the user personas. - Conducted 7 interviews with Seat Geek Users to better understand their needs for a ticket buying experience.
- Constructed two users flows for each persona that represented common avenues being taken on the mobile app.

- Conducted in-depth research methods including task analysis, comparative & competitive analysis, user interviews, surveys, and card sorting to explore and understand current user experiences and needs.
- lead 8 user interviews to define the users problem and solutions that also align with Anima Mundi's business goals.

- Sketched wireframes and got feedback from fellow designers before moving to user testing.
- Developed high-fidelity Figma prototypes and conducted user tests on 4 specific tasks with defined users.
-Reiterated UX and UI to after user testing results to improve the the solutions and user experience.
