Nov. 2022 - Mar. 2023SeatGeek Mobile Application, February 2023 - Lead the UX Research of a mobile app redesign of SeatGeek’s app integration to increase mobile app integration within the app. -Conducted User interviews, Surveys, Card Sorting, and Comparative and Competitive analysis to define problems and solutions for the common Seat Geek user. - Integrated user research findings to tailor the UI, feature mobile app integration offerings, and information architecture to the user personas. - Conducted 7 interviews with Seat Geek Users to better understand their needs for a ticket buying experience. - Constructed two users flows for each persona that represented common avenues being taken on the mobile app. - Collaborated with three partner designers to complete the project.
