I provide infrastructure, cloud, and desktop support for multiple internal lines of business as well as internal systems supporting custom applications, monitoring advancements in technology to discover ways to gain competitive advantage. I successfully migrated legacy systems (106 servers, 2200 workstations) to Exchange 2007 and Active Directory. I also served on the Architectural Review Board and the Change Advisory Board. • Played key role in stabilizing eastern US IT services for The Contractor Yard prior to its purchase by Probuild, including IT service desk and core infrastructure ($1.5m budget). • Facilitated meetings with corporate executives, providing status updates and process improvement recommendations.
