Sep. 2015 - Aug. 2016Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area• Meeting the requirements from large groups through managing, organizing and coordinating their events onboard • Acting as a VIP Tour Guide for group leader or travel agent concerning potential future group arrivals with presenting history and information about the cruise ship, production facilities, including specific information about attractions, venues, stories, ventures, etc
• Liaise between the group leader or travel agent, the land-based personnel and the different departments on board to make sure that guest’s requirements meet their expectations
• Resolving sensitive tasks / guest situations on an individual basis through phone calls, letters, or personal interactions
• Making reports about performed activities and distribute accordingly
• Understanding and actively participating in environmental, health & safety responsibilities by following established policies, procedures, training and team member involvement activities
