• Lead cross-functional innovation teams to drive key projects to meet the high quality standards set (‘On time-In Full’ target). • Develop the winning product, pack, price mix and trade proposition to ensure a competiveness in the market and regularly monitor the competitors responses
• Champion and manage the development of Integrated Brand Communications (IBC) with the consumers evidence of its effectiveness and develop communication materials and assets for exploitation across a number of channels
• Work with regional Brand Building to translate the Brand Vision Plan (BVP) into the Brand Marketing Plan and at the same time work with Global Brand team by identifying a regional level insight of competitors, customers and shoppers and ensuring it feeds back into BVP.
