Coordinated and implemented infrastructure logistics for over 45 agency commercial site moves in North America and Latin America, including networking, circuits, wiring, servers, security, and configuration of server rooms. Tasked by CIO, in 2019, to relocate temporarily to Boston for five months to revamp the IT department at one of the corporate agencies included making changes in IT leadership, maintain morale among remaining staff, and implement new leadership. • Steered initial infrastructure migration for 7K users within eight months, proactively resolving potential delays. • Led the infrastructure readiness and deployment of SAP to global users. • Excelled in verbal and written communications. Provided detailed technical, user, and support documentation along with developing corporate standard policies and procedures.
