• Develop and implement new purchasing procedure, goods write-off procedure, the vehicle accident reporting policy, improved the inventory procedure & the vehicle usage policy. • Development, control, and implementation of OPEX and Investment budget in approximate of 4 mil Euro at the annual level.
• Implemented a performance management system for determining the accomplishment of the staff and accordingly providing stimulating/de-stimulating monthly rewards.
• Implemented cross-dock within the supply chain and reduced the distribution cost by 41% for the eastern region and 26% for the western region, achieving faster and higher quality service to the clients. • Reduced the distribution cost by 89% and achieving an overall saving of 8% with the introduction of one-point delivery to the key account clients. • Reduced the cost of the write-off of goods by 41% with the enforcement of strict policies and procedures.
• Reduced the overtime cost within the distribution by the implementation of smart routing and vehicle loading optimization. Developed the Software Requirements Specifications for distribution management software that will allow the most efficient route creation, real-time optimization, electronic proof of delivery, automated communication, cost analysis, and faults reporting.
• Implemented WMS (Warehouse Management System) and reduced the faults within the stock management by 84%. • Included in the development of the vehicle fleet management module for record-keeping and tracking of all vehicles, their regular and irregular services, usage data, maintenance records, value, and replacement requirements.
