Manage $10MM purchasing and web/print services budget, five web development company vendors, and all IT functions related to file creation and management. Design, schedule, solicit bids, award contracts, and produce 14 catalogs per year, coordinating all phases of production (from pre-press to match prints). Additionally, design and manage retail website, from copywriting, image manipulation, and illustration through page layout and photo shoot execution. Supervise a photographer and two designers. Train and supervise desktop publishers, print vendors, and web developers. Report to CEO.
