I aim to position Pilar as a regional leader in public innovation, technological transformation, and digital governance, serving as a model for others. I've expanded connectivity to over 1500 points, established 650 free Wi-Fi locations, implemented IoT solutions, and created the municipal LoRa network for smart city projects.
