Kerry, a seasoned management consultant and senior change management practitioner, with more than 25 years experience, has spent her career understanding behaviour in organisational settings. Kerry began her career in the change management practice of Accenture in 1997. She has played various roles in the management of significant transformation initiatives, facilitating change management initiatives, designing, and implementing learning and development solutions and managing teams. Kerry also developed exceptional facilitation skills in one-on-one engagements and workshop settings. Kerry had the opportunity in 2016 / 2017 to lead the Talent Development and Learning Practice at Accenture, as a Senior Manager. Currently, Kerry is working as an independent consultant providing a range of services to her clients, including culture-based transformation, EVP design and development, employee engagement programs; project-based change management support, Agile Change Management facilitation, Change Management competency and strategy development and HR Services (Performance Management, People Management Strategy and policy development).
