• Pricing per professional service delivered - building a price model to meet minimum gross margin targets and discount scenario planning for Sales Department to use • Profitability analysis per customer and monthly expenditure reporting • Managing forex funds, finalizing foreign supplier payments and customer receipts • Monthly salary payments (local and foreign) and statutory returns i.e. VAT, PAYE, provisional tax, income tax to SARS ensuring that companies are tax compliant, IRP5 reconciliations
• Efficient management of debtors and creditors account, cash flow forecasts • Identifying and mitigating risk by implementing efficient control systems
• Maintaining fixed asset register, depreciation schedules
• Prepare financial year-end reports and ensure all procedures necessary to close the financial year-end are completed; liaise and communicate with internal and external auditors; • Managing stock take and implementing inventory reconciliations process
• BEE reporting and submission • Effective time management of staff - implement key performance indicators (KPI) to evaluate individual performance; mentoring and supporting staff members
