Joined Frame, a mental health startup during its pre-launch, pre-seed phase in October of 2019 (launch was in April of 2020) alongside the two co-founders. I joined as Employee #1, helping to build and grow the business from the ground up and bring to market an important resource to those in need of mental health support - a therapy matching platform.
