The domain focus is mainly on ERP-features • Product support. Be part of the support-roster. This can also involve having slots as 1st responder product specialist outside “normal” office hours. In the role, analyze the issues reported by clients in IT service management (ITSM) tool and take necessary actions (Replication of issue, Creation of bug tickets, assign to relevant parties for immediate resolution as needed based on the findings) • Contribute to writing product documentation • Contribute ad-hoc to manual QA-testing and perform other testing assignments • Proactively report about the general system bugs and opportunities for improvement spotted during the normal conduct of the duty • Guide junior product specialists on tasks similar to the above

Managing the implementation of the Unumed HMS end-to-end for clients across Indonesia. 3. Managing country Sales Framework & Marketing Campaign of Unumed HMS to get the right ICP, include: Presales product demo & requirement analysis, Product acquisition, activation, retention & referral. 3. Lead the deployment team and coordinate with the client both in Indonesia and internationally to manage the following core activities: a. Prepare implementation plan and schedule and align it with the country director and clients b. Coordinate the client requirement gathering and validation activities c. Mapping of the current client business processes and alignment with system d. Data migration preparation and execution, System setting and configuration, e. Developing the training timeline and execution. f. Manage user acceptance testing and Go-Live g. Manage transition of client responsibility to support-team post go-live h. Use JIRA software suite to manage the implementation and development team coordination 4. Manage the implementation against contractual timelines and obligations to ensure the project will be completed on schedule, on scope and comply with agreed quality standards. 5. Anticipate and analyze project risk, create response plan and monitor risk mitigation. 6. Act as ERP & Finance subject matter expert for the Indonesian market to make sure the product meets local regulatory requirements and market demand incl: a. Responsible for testing of the current ERP & Finance -functionality against Indonesian Accounting Regulation and other regulation and specifying, prioritizing gaps to the global product team (with full specs as needed). b. Responsible for feeding new feature requirements and priorities to the global product team based on customer feedback from deployments and the market in general.
