Jan. 2018 - Jun. 2024Dual roles with the primary being Shipping & Inventory Manager, secondary being Manager of our retail & warranty service center. As the Shipping & Inventory Department, handled all parts and product inbounds, storage, inventory, shipping and tracking. Processed all orders with an emphasis on order accuracy, working with customers directly on shipping/delivery issues, and managing backorder lists. Worked directly with our new product third party warehouse in order to ensure shipments were processed correctly and shipped in a timely manner, and assisted them with all new product container inbounds. Handled quality control trips to Taiwan and China to inspect both development projects and current model production. In my secondary role, I was the manager/supervisor for our retail space & warranty center. I scouted the premises and built up the shop/parts facility I’ve worked out of for the last 4 years. I handled all hiring, training, meetings and reviews with the employees there. We were responsible for two main tasks: storing and shipping of warranty parts (handled by me) as well as tracking, receiving, repairing, and reselling returned bicycles/tricycles. ● Handled multiple large quantity backorders with accuracy and efficiency
● Helped develop packaging changes to prevent potential shipping damage at the factory level in Taiwan
● Kept new product loss to less than 1% in 2023
● Created and implemented a bin and grid inventory tracking system
