Jan. 2018 - Jun. 2024Dual roles with the primary being Shipping & Inventory Manager, secondary being Manager of our retail & warranty service center. As the Shipping & Inventory Department, handled all parts and product inbounds, storage, inventory, shipping and tracking. Processed all orders with an emphasis on order accuracy, working with customers directly on shipping/delivery issues, and managing backorder lists. Worked directly with our new product third party warehouse in order to ensure shipments were processed correctly and shipped in a timely manner, and assisted them with all new product container inbounds. Handled quality control trips to Taiwan and China to inspect both development projects and current model production. In my secondary role, I was the manager/supervisor for our retail space & warranty center. I scouted the premises and built up the shop/parts facility I’ve worked out of for the last 4 years. I handled all hiring, training, meetings and reviews with the employees there. We were responsible for two main tasks: storing and shipping of warranty parts (handled by me) as well as tracking, receiving, repairing, and reselling returned bicycles/tricycles. Jun. 2016 - Oct. 2017Primarily employed to perform repairs and assemble bicycles for customers and the Sales Floor. I worked on all available bikes with internal or external routing, full suspension or rigid frames, and drive trains from all eras. I have built up most styles of bike, from Single Speed to Triple Tricycle, electric, electronic and mechanical. In both shops I worked as the front-line customer service person as well, from check-in to check-out, on repairs, warranties and special parts ordering. As Lead Technician in Santa Rosa, I was tasked with keeping track of small parts inventory/ordering, all repair tickets/warranty progress, ship to store builds (including Amazon orders), special parts orders and working with the store management to ensure efficient work-flow.

● Promoted to Lead Technician within the first 3 months at the Santa Rosa store.
● Successfully led Basic Maintenance classes for the public/volunteer groups with positive feedback.

Oct. 2012 - Nov. 2016responsible for opening and closing the theater, directing the theater staff and handling customer service oriented concerns. Additional duties include operation of film presentation software and equipment, training staff, managing staff related issues, supporting special event needs, managing appropriate change and stock, bank deposits, cash and tip handling, and verifying building security at nights end.

● Promoted to Floor Manager within first 6 months of hire
● Reorganized stock room so as to better keep track of inventory, nullify overstocking, and improve access for employees. Resulted in a 5% efficiency in ordering
