I observe current state of automated operations, line performance management. Synthesize current vs goal state by partnering with key stakeholders on data-driven systematic solutions. Drive mentoring of newly hired MFG Supervisors during their 1st 90 days to establish strong leadership alignment/expectations. Observe/Assess multiple factory roles, across all four shifts, for clarity in job description, job grade, key deliverables, sustainability in retention/scaling - drive standardization where possible. Developed a 45d/90d Supervisor Training Review Template for self/SUPT evaluation to ensure alignment in expectations during training ramp. Drive various MFG organizational/process improvements, i.e., flesh out current vs future state org,developing shiftly KPIs, automated passdown portals
